Our tour of the ” craft beer Mecca of California” brought us to Stone Brewing Company, one of the premiere craft breweries in the world, located in Escondido, a town near San Diego. Not only did they showcase an exceptional tasting of beers, but the tour of the brewery and the restaurant & beautiful bistro gardens were a highlight of the visit.
