It’s always inspiring to know that designers and brands are doing their part to help those in need. Here are a few fabulous items from some of my favorite designers within the fashion and beauty community who are waving their philanthropy flag.

Tory Burch Foundation

A non-profit organization created by designer and mother Tory Burch in 2009 to help provide economic opportunity for working women in the United States. By providing loans and financial support to working women, the TBF strives to empower small business people working to support their families. All profits from the purchase of the TBF wrap bracelet go directly to the foundation.

Warby Parker Buy a Pair, Give a Pair

Eyewear brand Warby Parker promises to donate a pair of eyeglasses to someone in need through their Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. Through this endeavor, they have already donated over 150,000 pairs worldwide to those who cannot afford proper eyeglasses.

Kate Spade Hand in Hand collection

Through their Hand in Hand collection of jewelry, Kate Spade has partnered with Women for Women International, a non-profit organization that gives financial and emotional support to women who survived conflicts and war. Having helped over 398,000 women rebuild their lives, the organization also provides rights education, job skills training, and small business development. 25% of the profits from the purchase of the Kate Spade Hand in Hand bangle go directly to Women for Women International.

Ralph Lauren Pink Pony Fund

Lending their hand in the global fight against breast cancer, Ralph Lauren provides proceeds and support through their Pink Pony Fund. 10% of the profits from purchases of all Pink Pony products are donated to programs for early diagnosis, treatment, and research.

MAC AIDS Fund

Makeup mega-brand MAC provides resources, vital services and support to people highly stigmatized and neglected who are suffering from HIV & AIDS. The MAC AIDS Fund partners with leading organizations in the fight against HIV & AIDS to stay aware of funding and volunteer needs. All of the proceeds made from the purchase of MAC Viva Glam products are given to the MAC AIDs Fund.
